Site Project Manager

★Responsibility
- Responsible for all roles of a site project manager of developer.

★Job detail
- Selecting tools and materials
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and -requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- Management of construction site management team
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits
- Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Construction site management
- Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up

- More than 10 years experience in construction Manager in the top contractors (Coteccons, Newteccon, Hoa Binh), CM consultants (Artelia, Apave…), Developers(Novaland, Namlong…)
- English (Intermediate level)
- Graduated from College with major in civil

- Insurance (Medical & Social)
- Transportation from HCMC
- Lend mobile phone, supply Sim card or support mobile phone charge
- Tet Bonus
- Raise salary based on performance : 1 time/ year(in April) (It depends)

Work Location:Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Work Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
