Site Secretary Công Ty TNHH Durr Việt Nam

PMO is in the organization of Durr Paintshop Systems Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. We are looking for a competent Site Secretary to support the project management operation where work location is in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. You will be the one to facilitate the communication and admin work to support the project manager by performing a variety of administrative tasks assigned.
Site secretary must be quick professionals with great time- management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.
Key Result Areas
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Supporting the language translation internally and externally,
Other admin work assigned by the project manager.
Onsite assistance for facilitating project office daily operation.
Willing to work overtime.
Documents filing with the instruction by the project manager.

- Education: Graduate, Degree in business administration or relative field
- Experience: 2- 3 years in similar position
