Prepare the market development and site selection plans to ensure it is within the budget approved by the Company.
Manage, evaluate site selection models and propose the effective and appropriate site selection models for each market
Responsible for building and leading the Site Selection Team to fulfill the Company’s targets.
Main Responsibilities
ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

Cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested
Develop departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function.
Develop Site Selection organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary.
Build- up and develop the Site Selection team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees’ competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation.
Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas)
Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment
SITE SELECTION MANAGEMENT
Build up the database on potential business sites, implementation plans and budget to develop new markets according to company’s standards and budget;
Manage, evaluate site models and propose the effective and appropriate site models for each market;
Build and evaluate the site selection standards in accordance with the actual situation of the market;
Analysis and evaluate the potential growth of markets;
Advise, analyze contract terms to ensure the legality and benefits of Company;
Report to BOD the activities of Site Selection Department;
Negotiate, report, evaluate potential sites and ensure that it meets Company’s standards;
Analyze and assess data on opened stores to prepare the proposal to improve the site selection models, improve the business of stores and coordinate with relevant departments to submit to BOD for approval;
Organize, manage and control the activities of Site Selection Department to fulfill the targets of the Company;
Primary responsibility for new site selection across all potential markets;
Other tasks as required from Line Manager.
