Site Supervisor

Arrange regular meetings/discussions with a relevant party (e.g: workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients.
Reporting to superior especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work.
Perform other ad- hoc tasks assigned by superior
Manage and supervise the unloading and loading the materials at site
Assist superior in planning and arrangement of the projects.
Discuss and plan the mover and installers with logistic and PM team.
Delivery arrangement from warehouse to site location.
Good communication skills and able to handle customer complaints and feedback
Daily supervise work progress at site following the schedule and implement day- to- day activities.
Ensure work quality is achieved, and safety regulation complies.

Full- time position(s) available.

· Proficient in Vietnamese (Written and Spoken), English will be added advantage

Fresh graduates in architecture and construction are welcome to apply. A minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in the related / construction field will be advantageous.
Possess own transport
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Willing to work late night if required and travel to other provinces as required.
Good Team player to communicate with key Project Team
Able to multitask and learn in a fast- paced environment.
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AUTO- CAD will be added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
