Site Supervisor (solar)

Conduct daily inspections on construction progress, compliance and site safety
Travel and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day
Report to Project Manager/Engineer accurately and regularly on the project progress
Keep detailed records of construction site activities
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and other necessary stakeholders
Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations
Escalate and highlight any variations to plan and prevent re-work
Monitor contractor/sub-contractors’ performance and control their performance
Ensure works are carried out according to schedule, quality and safety standards
Maintain good working relationship with all parties involved

Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge in Solar Industry is preferred
Minimum of three years in the construction industry, with some leadership experience
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
Good management of the safety of the workers, the procedures and enforcing the culture of safety
Solid understanding of project facts and update reporting
Observe compliance with local and company regulations
Able to contribute and work efficiently as a team member and achieve objectives as a group
Speak, read and write English and proficient Vietnamese language
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Motivated individual with a good understanding of work ethics and driven to work objectively
Good understanding of the basic design principles of a solar photovoltaic systems and has sufficient experience in execution of projects in the industry
