The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Incumbent will be responsible to drive WMPS products to achieve and exceed the budgeted revenue target by servicing WMPS clients. It entails a very close interaction with the clients and internal stakeholders from various segments such as Business Banking, Priority Banking and Personal Banking.
The incumbent has to understand the needs of these segments and work closely with the internal and external stakeholders in maximizing the revenue.
Business
  • To provide FX execution and advisory services to clients, RMs and branches.
  • To interact and engage with Clients / Internal Stakeholders for pricing and closure of deals. Pricing the transactions using various Systems.
  • To deepen relationship with Clients to assess and increase FX wallet shares.
  • To provide product ideation, market and product information related to CMPS clients (including Business Banking, Priority Banking and Personal Banking).
  • To provide RMs on house views, pricing and product solution.
  • To engage with assigned Relationship Managers.
  • To identify opportunities in offering CMPS products (including FX and Structured Investment Products) to CMPS clients.
  • To co-ordinate closely with FX-FM, Global Research and Wealth Management Group desks for insights into market movements and efficient prices.
  • To generate / share / analyze MIS / Reports when required.
  • To drive CMPS products (including FX and Structured Investment Products) targets with majority revenue from FX.
  • To be an effective, co-operative and a communicative team member by attending the various calls meetings and discussions within and outside of CMPS / WM.
  • To ensures all internal and external (regulatory) compliance and maintain robust audit trail.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience with strong communication skills.
  • Informed knowledge in market competition, industry practices and regulations for CMPS products management.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMPS products.
