SMT Manager (Surface Mount Technology Manager)

- Responsible for all human resources in SMT and D.I.P (Dual in line Package) known as dual in line package technology in SMT- Ensure KPI goals (Key Performance Indicator) including progress, defects, etc are met according to set KP- Address customer findings improve quality to minimise findings- Create and update procedures to align with the actual situation- Ensure the processing progress of orders close wos and perform periodic Audits. WOs (work order wos) Which controls all work performed by the maintenana organization are being completed property and contain special instructions & testing operative effectivenessTake responsibility for E.S.D (Electro Static Discharge)

- Age of 30- 40 years old.- Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering or related field.- Minimum of 5 year experience in Surface Mount Technology (S.M.T essembly process)experience (Surt essembly proass)- Strong understanding of SMT equipments including pick and place machines, reflow ovens & solder paste inspection Systems- Proficiency in quality managment methodologies such as six Sigma or lean manufacturing.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.- Exellent problem solving and decision making abilities- Effective Communication skills both verbal & written- Knowlerte of industry standards and regulations related to SMT process.- Ability to handle high pressure situation.- Proficient in office computer skills and ERP Systems. (Enterprise Resource Planing)- Apply quality management skills to address issues in production.
