Job Description:
Social Commerce Strategy & Planning
Monitor market trends and consumer behaviors on social platforms to continuously refine and optimize strategy.
Analyze platform updates, user insights, and market movements to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
Propose and implement platform- specific initiatives to drive follower growth, revenue, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute strategies to grow social commerce across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook, and others.
Campaign Management
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to plan and operate livestream campaigns and short- form content initiatives.
Manage and optimize social commerce campaigns to drive revenue, traffic, and conversion, ensuring strong platform performance.
Oversee campaign budgets, monitor cost- efficiency, and manage resources to ensure high return on investment (ROI).
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to implement improvements based on results.
Track and evaluate campaign performance using data dashboards and analytics tools.
Leadership & Team Management
Maintain team morale and a collaborative work environment.
Lead and develop team members (Supervisor, Senior, Executive levels).
Resolve team issues and coordinate with other departments.
Job Requirements:
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with strong proficiency in using data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
2- 3 years of experience in e- commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, preferably with experience in livestream commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs.
Strong project management and cross- functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders effectively.
Proactive, solution- oriented, and clear in communication, both in team settings and when working independently.
Solid understanding of livestream commerce ecosystems and platform- specific algorithms (especially TikTok and Shopee).
Able to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions under pressure.
