WHAT YOU&039;LL DO
The Social Commerce Manager is responsible for leading and developing Social Commerce activities, optimizing interaction and conversion on social networking platforms, contributing to revenue growth, and enhancing brand awareness. The Manager is also accountable for managing and operating groups to achieve common goals.
Develop Social Commerce Strategy (Livestream And Affiliate)
- Create monthly/quarterly/yearly strategies for live stream and affiliate marketing activities on online platforms.
- Establish and manage the company‘s affiliate program. This includes finding, evaluating, and creating relationships with new affiliate partners, as well as maintaining affiliate marketing contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement a social commerce strategy.
Campaign Management And Implementation
- Increase revenue from the social commerce channel.
- Guide the team to deploy and adjust Livestream/affiliate campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing strategies‘ performance, including evaluating partners‘ performance and optimizing marketing strategies.
Content Development And Management
- Approve and manage content across distributed network platforms.
- Stay updated with new trends in the affiliate field and propose new improvements and developments.
- Create content suitable for live stream/affiliate customers.
- Create quality and attractive content.
Team Management And Training
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication within the team to achieve common goals.
- Build a high- performance team.
- Evaluate and monitor team members‘ performance, providing periodic feedback and necessary support to improve their performance.
- Guide and support personnel, helping them understand goals and tasks, and providing resources and guidance for effective work.
WHO WE ARE
- Experience in setting up and managing online livestream sessions
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and channels
- Proficiency in building a network of publishers such as KOLs/KOCs and influencers, as well as collaborator communities
- Basic English communication skills
- Minimum of three years of experience in affiliate marketing in e- commerce networks or platforms
- Thorough understanding of social media marketing and e- commerce, with knowledge of the fashion and FMCG industries
- A university degree from a recognized institution
- Results- oriented with a high sense of responsibility and strong enthusiasm.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules
WORKING TIME & LOCATION
- Work from Monday to Saturday/week
- Workplace: Head office: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City
