Experience requirement: 1 years in advertising/digital.
Job Description:
Co- create and execute social campaigns that drive reach and engagement across various platforms, ensuring measurable impact.
Give advice or consult for account and content teams about solutions for viral and community marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with the account and content teams to consult on seeding strategies, KOL selection, posting timelines, and content direction to ensure campaign success.
Implement seeding strategies and advocacy/ seeding efforts to enhance campaign visibility and effectiveness.
Research, plan, and propose relevant community resources (KOLs, Facebook groups, fan pages, etc.). Handle outreach, negotiation, quotations, and KPI alignment to secure partnerships.
Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to improve service quality and community engagement strategies. Follow standardized processes for project execution, communication, and reporting.
Manage day- to- day activities across all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content posting, comment moderation, inbox handling, and support for minigames and livestreams.
Provide timely performance reports for clients. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of social channels, KOLs, and community assets.
Requirement:
Eager to learn and proactive in seeking growth and improvement.
Able to manage a heavy workload and perform well under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly responsible, dedicated, resilient.
Solid understanding of social media trends and the broader digital marketing landscape, including fan pages, forums, and other social media channel management and tactics.
Background in advertising with strong digital experience.
Experience working with KOLs, hot pages, or online communities (e.g., groups) is a plus.
