Social Content & Community Manager (Blockchain)

Monitoring & Insights- Track performance metrics and sentiment analysis to inform content and engagement strategies.- Report on community feedback, trends, and pain points to help guide product improvements.
Growth & Partnerships- Support user acquisition and retention through organic and viral growth tactics.- Coordinate with ecosystem partners and influencers on co- marketing initiatives and cross- promotions.
Content Creation & Strategy- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with product milestones, trends, and community interests.- Create high- quality, engaging content for X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other platforms — including memes, infographics, threads, short- form videos, and educational posts.- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
Community Engagement- Be the day- to- day voice of the project in all major channels (X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.).Cultivate a healthy and welcoming community — spark conversations, answer questions, and resolve concerns in real- time.- Organize and manage online events, AMAs, meme contests, and community- driven campaigns.

Must have:
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, DeFi, NFTs, and the latest Web3 trends.
- Hands- on experience with social tools (e.g., Notion, Canva, Figma, Tweetdeck, Discord bots, etc.)
- Strong writing skills with a knack for turning complex ideas into simple, fun, and shareable content.
- Proven experience managing social media and communities, ideally in a blockchain or startup environment.
- Creative, responsive, and self- driven — able to work independently and thrive in a fast- paced remote setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer outreach or ambassador programs.
- Multilingual or active in international crypto communities.
- Background in performance tracking, analytics, or community growth experiments.

Remuneration

16 days leave, 4 days sick leave with full salary.
Earn up to $1000 + 13th month bonus, Tet bonus according to the company&039;s business situation.
