YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Proven content writing experience.
Good knowledge of marketing in general, digital marketing, and social media to create impact to marketing campaigns.
Good taste of visual design.
Good at verbal/non verbal English
A creative mindset and ability to think innovatively.
Proven ability to innovate and deliver highly impactful creative campaigns.
3+ years of experience in social marketing.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Develop competitor analysis, follow trends and identify new social media opportunities.
Coordinate with Visual, PR, KA, and other teams to ensure brand image and campaign consistency.
Build always- on content, manage and develop communities for Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to grow the brand’s presence.
Localize material from headquarters; write, create, post text/ script and visual content for all major social media platforms.
Participate in developing social strategies, which are aligned with IMC plans for new product launches.
Provide reports on Social metrics and continually recommend how to improve those metrics. Optimize and repurpose effective content.
Ability to come up with creative ideas. Participate in the creative process from concept through to execution.
