Social & Content Executive

Social Media Execution (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Tiktok)
Be responsible for executing planned content on social media platform

Daily content update on social media stories (Facebook & Instagram)
Social media material development by collaborating with inhouse team (design artwork, photograph, video)
Contribute the creative content ideas for the digital marketing campaign
Create content for specific angles (corporate, event, partners, sponsorships, recipe video)
Adapt content & material to suit different Social Media channels
Manage online events (promotions, contests, mini games) and delivery gift to winners
Reply inbox of users across social media platform by communicating and interacting with sales team or other internal teams
Update and apply new trends of social media marketing to improve the work efficiency

Website managementWebsite management such as update new articles, recipes, image, text, ... by dashboard
Paperwork preparation

Monitor and report the performance indicators (KPI) of the communication across Social Media channels
Deploy related paperwork

Others

In charge of content of POSM (Catalogue, Leaflet, ...)
Support internal team for relevant activities (shooting video/photo, event, ...)
Other relevant tasks

Good command in Microsoft Office
Be able to work overtime (if needed), independent as well as a team player
Dynamic and capability in multi- tasking
Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing/Content/Communication/Social Media with similar position, preferably within the F&B and FMCG industry
Having good foundations and understanding in communication and social media
Having can- do attitude, detail oriented, open- minded, good art- sense, marketing mindset
Good communication skills and have high responsibilities
Experience in social media would be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree of Marketing is an advantage
Proficient in English (writing & speaking)
