Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation (90%)

Develop compelling content ideas (written & visual) aligned with our Branding strategy.
Editing on Canva/Capcut.
Write engaging and informative content that reflects our brand voice and values.
Conduct regular research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in Employer Branding.

Requirements:

Have a Portfolio.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Being able to use Canva/Capcut.
Strong organizational and time- management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
