Social Content Strategist (Supervisor) Công Ty TNHH Airr Labs (Việt Nam)

Monitor and identify opportunities to enhance content performance​.
Ability to do social and content pitching.​
Develop and execute social media campaigns of varying scope with clearly defined KPIs (e.g. product launches, rebrands, awareness campaigns, contests, etc.) integrated with the brand’s overall marketing campaign plan.​
Responsible for working with Account Director and Head Of Social Media on overall alignment of creative strategy and direction for brand​.
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns with quantitative data to maximize results and provide recommendations to improve social media strategies and campaigns​.
Keep update with the social trends to adapt and quick action for brands.​
Work with creative to create new ideas, direct creative to translate social trends / social ideas into practical concept and social posts​.
Work closely with Producer to ensure timely and quality delivery of content planned.​
In charge of content strategy & planning of content calendar for brands on social platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram...), including Short Videos, Livestreaming, Creators, KOLs...​
Co- lead with Production in video / photo shooting and responsible for outcome quality.​
Lead the creation and/ or curation of relevant, original, high- quality content (for all channels and ads), including text, image, and video to reach the brand’s target customers​.
Build and implement a social media content publishing calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns​.
Manage the team of content interns; train and ensure the quality of Content team.​
​Support the team in works related to content (ad content, livestream script, commercial content theme...).​
Perform other specialized tasks as required by the job and leader​.

High levels of accuracy ensuring the above standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials​
Excellent written and communication skills. Excellent multitasking skills ​
Bachelor’s degree or higher.​
Good working knowledge and having at least 5- years&039; experience of content/ digital marketing/ advertising and preferably experience in social media marketing​.
Sharp critical thinking, problem- solving skills with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile​.
Experience in the beauty / FMCG industry / agency is a plus​.
Good Vietnamese & English in oral and written. Excellent active listening skills​
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally​.
Experienced in project management.​
A strong personality who is able to work individually and within a team​.
