Job summary
This role involves creating engaging, on- brand content for social media platforms to increase audience engagement, drive brand awareness, and support marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to write compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences!
Responsibilities
Write scripts for short- form videos, influencer collaborations, or social campaigns.
Analyze content performance and adjust writing style/format based on insights and feedback.
Create contents which convey key message of brand mood and tones effective branding angles and strategy, matching with brand mood and tone, align with topline strategy.
Develop original, engaging, and platform- specific content (captions, posts, scripts, etc.) for channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Participate in brainstorming and content planning meetings.
Adapt brand tone of voice for various platforms and audience segments.
Stay up- to- date on social media trends, meme culture, and viral content opportunities to create reactive and relevant content.
Support community engagement with witty, on- brand comment responses or moderation copy when needed.
Collaborate with the creative team (designers, video editors) to align content with visual assets and overall brand messaging.
Requirements
A strong grasp of different platform languages (e.g., TikTok vs. LinkedIn).
Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment with tight deadlines.
Experience working with brand tone of voice guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to write both long- form and short- form content with a clear understanding of audience engagement.
Creative, proactive, and detail- oriented mindset.
