We are looking for a Social & KOL Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at OPPO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing key opinion leaders (KOLs), and creating engaging content plans for our products. Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
• Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs/influencers to drive brand awareness and product promotions.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage & execute social- level production & support key asset production
• Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and other stakeholders to maximize campaign impact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Plan and execute content strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.

KINH NGHIỆM YÊU CẦU
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in content planning and execution for product marketing.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report campaign performance.
