JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Marketing Junior to join our global marketing team with a strong focus on TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, especially short- form video content. You will assist in driving our TikTok strategy, creating engaging content, and growing our online community.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Create, edit, and publish short- form video content tailored to TikTok trends and audiences.
Engage with TikTok users, responding to comments and participating in relevant conversations.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams to align social content with brand messaging.
Monitor TikTok performance metrics and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, and growth.
Research trending topics, audio, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Support the management of other social media platforms as needed (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Assist in developing and executing TikTok content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement (B2C & Mass audience focused).
Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaign partnerships and user- generated content.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong video editing skills using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, TikTok).
Deep understanding of TikTok platform, culture, and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or currently studying). If not available, we can evaluate actual results or creative products.
Passion for storytelling and creating content that connects with young and mass audiences.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Level: Fresher. 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation (fulltime internships welcome).
