Description:
We are looking for a talented Social media assistant to administer our client's social media accounts.
You will be responsible for creating original text and photos/videos contents, managing posts. You will manage our client's image in a cohesive way to achieve their marketing goals.
As a Social media assistant, we expect you to be up-to-date on social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our client's views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle social media presence ensuring a good level of customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Part of the communication team, the social media assistant will be responsible for creating the content and the visual (photos, videos, organic posts).
- In charge of the media team, the social media assistant will have to schedule the paid ads for facebook and instagram accounts for clients.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, and setting objectives and reporting on ROI.
- Design the social media posts to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Requirements and skills:
- Hands on experience in content management with good copywriting skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels (facebook and instagram)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
