Social Media Content Intern

POSITION TITLE: SOCIAL ​​MEDIA CONTENT INTERN
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Maido Agency is looking to employ a social media content intern to assist the Project Manager to create content and manage activities of assigned KOL. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored content strategies, engaging with the audience authentically, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online growth trajectory. Report to: Project Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and generate shares on the platform
Research and suggest new trends, content ideas, and media to improve performance and interaction on Instagram
Create diverse and creative content on Instagram including photos, videos, stories, and posts
Manage and maintain posting schedules on Instagram, ensuring posts are scheduled and of high quality
Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering positive connections and engagement

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content
Current student or recent graduate, preferably in marketing, communications, or a creative field
Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment
Passionate and knowledgeable about Instagram and social media content trends
Must be able to intern for a period of 3 months
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility and good time management skills
