Social Media Content Producer

Social Content Creation:

Develop posts for daily updates, music launches, artist- focused content, and MMusic campaigns.
Create and adapt engaging content for MMusic’s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn…).

Collaboration and Project Management:

Manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Work with A&R, Marketing, Design, and Video teams to produce text, visuals, and video assets.

Content Strategy and Community Engagement:

Monitor performance, respond to followers, and adjust content strategies as needed.
Develop social media strategies and editorial calendars aligned with business goals.

Platform Management:

Set up and manage social media accounts with optimized, repurposed content.
Enhance engagement through interactive campaigns, content, effects, and landing pages.

Stay close to Gen- Z and VietNam youth content trends and engagement patterns across META, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms integrating those trends into domestic marketing campaigns. Ensure consistency and irreverence in content creation aligning with the artists and brand requirements, while also meeting usability and digital standards. Support Team in new ideas to collaborate with creators/Influencers and enhance campaign content and audience engagement

Previous Experience: A minimum of 2- 3 years ( executive) & 3- 4 years ( Senior level) of experience in a content/creative role working as part of a marketing or communications team

Must have a passion for music, content and culture
Strong technical background in visual communications with previous experience in content creation for social platforms, video content & animation, artwork design and layout, editing and typography.
A portfolio of previous work (design, animations, videos, photos) to showcase experience and creativity.
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns, and projects in English.
Previous experience designing content for social platforms, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of these platforms
Knowledge of content platforms, formats, and effective content flow
