SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & EXECUTION
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Tribe’s brand direction and marketing objectives.
Plan, create, and publish daily/weekly social media posts, including photo, video, reels, stories, TikTok content.
Ensure a minimum content cadence of 3–5 posts per week per key platform for major brands.
Build monthly content calendars for each venue (Stoker D1 & D2, The Racha Room, DRAM Bar, Firkin, Relish & Sons).
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all platforms.
CONTENT CREATION
Work with venues for weekly content planning (e.g., chef specials, events, promos, guest experiences).
Identify, curate, and repurpose User- Generated Content (UGC) to enhance authenticity and community engagement.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers when needed.
Shoot & edit short- form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Produce high- quality content: food & beverage photos, behind- the- scenes, chef highlights, promotions, events, lifestyle content.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Manage customer feedback professionally and escalate sensitive cases to HOD/FBD.
Build loyal, active online communities for each brand.
Engage with online community: reply comments, answer inbox messages, handle guest queries through social channels.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING
Monitor engagement, reach, followers, traffic, and content performance across social platforms.
Suggest improvements for content strategy based on analytics.
Analyze data and provide weekly & monthly performance reports to S&M Lead.
CROSS- DEPARTMENT COLLABORATION
Work closely with:
Coordinate with S&M Lead on optimizing and tracking performance of paid social media advertising campaigns.
S&M Lead & FBD on strategy, campaign planning, promotions.
HR for internal branding when needed.
Chefs & Bar Teams for product knowledge & content themes.
Coordinate with the S&M Lead to manage paid ads budgets, boosting key content and campaigns.
Attend event marketing (guest chefs, special menus, wine dinners, seasonal campaigns).
Restaurant Managers (RMs) for weekly venue updates.
