We showcase exquisite craftsmanship and artistic creations from Vietnam that resonate with a global audience. As we expand our online presence with different brands, we are seeking creative and motivated Social Media Interns to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under guidance, assignment, and supervision for the following tasks.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing English content for our blog and social media channels, including Facebook Fanpage, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Create multimedia content such as images, videos, and graphics that align with our brand aesthetic and captivate our target audience.
Channel Management:
- Manage contents in our shops on Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube
- Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across different channels.
- Manage and curate content on various social media platforms to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand presence.
Audience Engagement:
- Implement engagement tactics such as polls, Q&A sessions, and contests to enhance community participation.
- Responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
Trend Identification:
- Identify opportunities to leverage current trends for content creation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices.
Collaborations:
- Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, artists, and relevant communities to expand our reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve channel performance.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate regular reports on key performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Passion for art, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowing how to use AI tools to help create content is a plus
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
