Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at SotaTek, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand interaction with our customers and delivering our value proposition within the IT industry.
Job Responsibilities
Social Engagement (50%):
Structure and optimize social media channels and campaigns for efficiency and scalability.
Plan and execute social engagement campaigns, including content creation and design liaison.
Manage outsourcing vendors for quality control and timeline adherence.
Conduct quarterly research on target audience insights and competitors&039; social activities.
Consolidate and analyze budget allocation for campaign cost- efficiency.
Set clear goals and performance metrics for campaigns, monitor performance and make adjustments where needed.
Copywrite & Publication (50%):
Plan and produce SEO campaign articles in collaboration with SEO specialists.
Supervise the production of visual materials and ensure alignment with brand values.
Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO specialists to generate relevant and effective content.
Act as the campaign owner for daily engagement publication and produce content to maximize engagement.
Track project execution timelines for social engagement campaigns.

Requirements
Understanding of SEO basic principles and best practices.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Budget management experience is a plus.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Good at English 4 skills: speaking, reading, writing, listening
Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for digital platforms.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize social campaigns accordingly.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
