Social Media Specialist

The Social Media is responsible for maximizing user/community awareness across core social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and specialized online communities). You will drive awareness, create a positive brand perception, and helps maximize the reach of our social media and community channels.
· Responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of community & digital campaigns including concept ideation, media and go-to-market execution
· Data analyze and conduct pros and cons of partners management, coordinating to provide solutions.
· Co-host and orchestrate our offline activities and workshop
· Manage and monitor all social media channels - including community management
· Lead, plan and execute social communication & digital across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Groups, email marketing) to ensure delivering a consistent brand messages & image to key segments
· Initiate and engage in conversations across the sport community at large
· Be present and engaged, make the community know you
· Maintain relationships and work closely with both new and existing partners for co-campaign/promotion.

· Highly organized and able to work across multiple projects and accountabilities
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced, agency or fashion retail company
· Track record of working independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Good negotiating and collaborating skill to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements
· Team player with the confidence to take the lead
· Basic graphics and video editing skills (create social banners, excerpt video clips....)
· Creative - you love coming up with new ideas to drive brand engagement and passionate about sports
· Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
