Oversee the team to ensure flawless execution of all social research projects
Deliver Internal training about understanding research/ report
Closely guide and coach a project team in their daily activities
Recommend and able to execute improvements in work processes within the area of responsibility
Encouraging, inspiring and sharing knowledge with the team
Create and implement best practice research vision, strategy, processes and procedures to aid and improve social listening research projects.
Collaborate with various departments to implement project management practice across all projects
Manage all aspects of running complex research projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in a client facing environment
A good team player with the ability to work independently and to take initiative where necessary.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software relevant to projects
2- 4 years&039; experience in social research
Demonstrable enthusiasm and/or experience for qualitative research in a social
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline
Clear and concise written and spoken communication (letters, reports, documents, presentations)
