Do technical learning, research for architecture and design improvement.
Develop new applications, features, and enhancements on the platform.
We do agile software development, 2 weeks sprint, seasonal release.
Self- organize and make the progress transparent.
Work with your colleagues, including Product Owners, Developers, QCs, Team leaders on a daily sprint.
Take part in the Sprint Planning meeting and Release planning meeting to plan with the team.
Take part in the Product Backlog Refinement meetings to contribute to developing the Product Backlog. Communicate the business domain, logical, exceptional rule, and behavior of the platform.
DevOps, CI, CD, monitoring and control the production environment.

Required skills:

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer in a stable production environment.

Backend (.NET):

Solid knowledge of MS SQL for database design, development, and optimization.
Strong hands- on experience with .NET, from .NET Framework to the latest versions.
Experience with IdentityServer, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for secure authentication and authorization.
Familiarity with .NET MAUI for building cross- platform mobile and desktop applications.

Frontend:

Proficient in modern HTML and CSS.
Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS.

General:

High commitment to writing well- tested, maintainable code.
Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have (Plus Skills):

Strong ability to quickly learn and master complex technical concepts and systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, pipeline as code, and infrastructure as code (we use Azure DevOps).
Understanding of best practices in using AI tools to support coding efficiency.
Experience with Azure Cloud (preferred), or AWS / Google Cloud.

Soft Skills:

Quick learner, capable of handling complex systems with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills in written and reading English.
Ability to write clear, structured long- form documentation.
Ability to self- organize and communicate effectively in remote working environments when needed.
Collaborative mindset with a positive, team- oriented attitude.
