Software Engineer

Collaborative Engineering: A team player who thrives in cross- functional settings, working closely with developers, product owners, and operations to deliver impactful software.
Kubernetes & Containerization: You can deploy and manage containerised applications in production using Kubernetes.
Security & Compliance: You understand how to build secure systems that meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
Elastic Database Management: Proven ability to optimise and manage Elasticsearch for speed, resilience, and reliability.
Monitoring & Observability: Hands- on experience building dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.
Incident Management: You stay calm under pressure, are quick to respond, and can debug complex issues to keep systems performing at their best.
Expertise in Go: You must have demonstrable experience writing production- level software in Golang, with a deep understanding of performance tuning, concurrency, and maintainability.
Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Proficient in tools like Ansible, Terraform, or other DevOps frameworks to automate infrastructure and deployments.
Cloud Infrastructure (GCP): Strong skills in designing, deploying, and managing scalable systems on Google Cloud Platform.

We’re seeking an experienced software engineer with a deep passion for technology and high proficiency in Golang. You should bring strong expertise in:

Managing ElasticSearch databases and ensuring low- latency access
Automating infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
Building and managing high- performance, resilient systems
Working hands- on in incident response and resolution, with a focus on uptime and system health
Understanding and applying best practices in security and compliance
Designing and deploying containerised applications using Kubernetes
Cloud infrastructure, ideally on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Implementing monitoring solutions with Grafana and other observability tools
