Overview
As a software engineer in our Homebuilder division you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing a web-based ERP system (Kova) used widely by construction companies in both the US and Canada. Kova’s workflow-based approach allows organizations to implement key business processes from customer management, purchase orders, to accounting on a single unified platform. Coupled with other Homebuilder technology, Kova enables a focused customer engagement effort, using innovation to facilitate key workflows, solve core business challenges, and streamline company operations.
Your role & responsibilities
- Code, test, document, configure, and debug web front-end and server-side middle-tier solutions
- Develop unit and integration tests for our CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in resolving production issues and bugs in the system
- Collaborate with multiple teams upgrading legacy Web Forms stack into a modern .NET stack
- Work in Agile software development environment using Scrum
- Full Time. Flexible work schedule. Occasional after-hours customer support as needed.
Your skills & qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field. Additional, equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
- Proficient in C# or other object-oriented, server-side language
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bonus points for experience with Angular, TypeScript, Web Forms, and mobile development
