Responsibilities
• Ensure ticket management tools used to track and demonstrate the overall quality of services.
• Your future duties and responsibilities for.
• Rotational Shift- working in 24x7 services during the weekday and on weekends.
• Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non- technical Teams as required.
• Incident, Problem & Change Management.
• Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains.
• System’s processing monitoring and resolution, application health check.
• Build, operate- handle errors related to human resource management systems- IT assets in the company.

• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
• Strong analytical and technical background with good problem solving skills.
• Good English or Japanese N3+ is plus
Application support:
• Good English or Japanese N3+ is plus
• Experience in application support, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), basic networking fundamentals.
Java:
• Experience with SQL/MySQL/Oracle/RestAPI/Spring boot/mybatis...
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, Framework, database and OOP concept.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Java & web application development
• Good English or Japanese N3+ is plus
ReactJS:
• Good English or Japanese N3+ is plus
• Technical skill: ReactJS
• At least 2 years’ experience for Frontend developer position.
AWS cloud support:
• Experience using Monitoring tools in AWS cloud environment, such as 3rd: Datadog, Deepsecurity, ...
• At least 2 years’ experience using AWS
• A solid background in Linux/Unix and Windows server system administration
• Experience maintenance system on AWS cloud (ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, Cloudwatch, ...)
• Good English or Japanese N3+ is plus
• An understanding of writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools like CloudFormation.
