Software Manager

Lead the technical team (BA/System, Dev, QC) to collaborates with other business departments in Product, Managed services, Sale, Operation to roll out new services/product features and implement the ongoing process improvements of the current systems present the result to the board.
Insure the suitable development resources are available for development
Manage the team and external team to insure the product are developed as specification, released on time as defined timeline
Manage the team insure the quality/security of product is as defined
Recruit, train, guide and support team members
Develop the architecture of the software product to make sure it include attributes: availability, maintainability, scalability, security, reliability, usability, supportability, installability.

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum based software development methodology.
Ease to adapt changes to meet division visions
Good communication to work with cross teams

Good problem solving
Experienced with microservice architectures, distributed log management, service monitoring, service deployment using container orchestration: kubernetes, ...
Experienced with CICD process, source code management: jenkin, svn, git, ...
12+ years of experience developing application both UI and back-end services along with a strong understanding of architecture and data management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field
Have good leadership skill to manage team members with different personalities, skills
Have strong knowledges of java frameworks, libraries & softwares: Spring framework, hibernate, jpa, message queues (Rabbit, ActiveMQ), caching (redis, memcache), kafka, database, tomcat, ...
Good knowledge about web/application securities, best practices to avoid common securities such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, broken access control, ...
