Job description:

Design architecture, solutions and integration for IT systems, solutions and applications to meet the customer’s requirements/demands or to solve their pain points
Able to give the approaches for implementation, breakdown and estimate the setup, development, integration, customization and other implementation works (per roles and with estimated effort) to build IT systems, solutions and applications
Transfer to the delivery team to implement (about architecture, solutions, designs, implementation approaches…)
Able to breakdown into detailed design of components, processing flows and logics, interfaces and data models of IT systems, solutions and applications
Research and evaluate the technology stacks, middleware, opensource frameworks, tools, systems and SAS/cloud services (if any) to be used as components in IT systems and applications
Build up the reference solutions, technical templates, service offerings, case studies or introduction about technical capabilities if required
Prepare other technical and marketing materials if required
Assess and analyze requirements, RFP, RFI, as- is systems vs to- be targets for IT systems, solutions and applications.
Participate in customer engagement activities (e.g. to introduce/influence about technology, capabilities, solutions, services, approaches…) and collect/qualify/clarify the customer requirements/demands/pain points if any
Prepare the proposals and SOC (State of Compliance) (if required), responding to RFP, RFI or specific customer requirements.
Ensure the well- architected principles and criteria in designing architecture and solutions, covering architecture flexibility, scalability, functions/features, integration/protocols, performance, reliability/availability and resiliency, security, excellent operation and cost optimization.

Familiar with SDLC, work breakdown and estimation in SDLC
Fast learning and able to work self- motivated and independently
Experience of at least 2 years with virtualization, major OS types, container/Docker, K8s
Experience of at least 3 years as Solution Architect, familiar with works relating to architecture, solutions and designs of IT systems, solutions and applications
Good at documentation, familiar with preparing proposals responding to RFP/RFI and other technical documents
Good knowledge about IT system and software architecture and design, covering architecture flexibility, scalability, functions/features, integration/protocols, performance, reliability/availability and resiliency, security, excellent operation and cost optimization
Experience of at least 5 years with major programming languages (Python, Java, java script, php, C/C++/C...) and common development frameworks including both frontend and backend (e.g. Spring/Java, ABP/.Net, node.js, react.js, React Native, Flutter…)
Knowledge about software & data processing patterns
Familiar with doing research and evaluation of middleware, software, opensource frameworks, database, IT solutions and products…
Experience of working in at least 2 big and modern IT systems or applications
