CRM System Building and Implementation

Automate CRM workflows.
Create detailed reports and dashboards.
Explore and implement new CRM features.
Establish workflows for data capture and maintain data integrity.

CRM User Support and Troubleshooting

Analyze business trends with the team.
Collaborate with team members to solve major problems.
Resolve complex technical issues.

Data Analysis Support

Monitor and verify daily customer data.

Work independently, be team- oriented, reliable, and dependable.
Experience with HubSpot/Creatio or similar systems is a plus.
Graduate from Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant majors.
Show patience with difficult user cases.
Think critically, identify solutions, and make data- driven recommendations.
Document case resolutions for team knowledge sharing.
Maintain CRM data integrity with attention to detail.
At least 0.5 years of experience in CRM.
Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 500, WSE level 9/20, or equivalent).
