Software Tester

Responsibilities
• Analyze requirements, specifications, and user stories to create test plans, test cases,
• Perform manual testing for web and system applications
and test scenarios
• Ensure product quality meets defined standards before release
• Conduct regression testing and support UAT activities
• Execute test cases, identify defects, log and track issues through resolution
• Contribute to improving testing processes and quality practices
• Collaborate with Dev and BA teams to clarify requirements and expected behavior

Requirements
• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, etc.)
• Good understanding of SDLC / STLC
• Able to work onsite at Thao Dien, HCMC
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing / quality control
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential risks
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies
Nice to have
• Familiarity with SQL / database testing
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience in CRM, e- commerce, or marketing- related systems
• Basic knowledge of API testing
• Experience working with international projects or clients
