AlphaPanda is looking for a Software Testing Engineer who has a solid understanding of Functional testing to develop our quality team. As a Software Testing Engineer, you will demonstrate excellent technical delivery skills and possess the ability to work effectively with a team, contributing to high- profile projects.
What you&039;ll do
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies; and ensure consistency within the team.
Review of test artefacts from other vendors and apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
Execute various types of testing at different levels (System, Integration, Regression).
Communicate with developers and product owners as needed; support UAT
Analyze and validate requirements to estimate testing effort, ensuring feasibility and accuracy.
Take responsibility for test best practices for client&039;s other vendors and in- house teams.
Follow all applicable development processes and methodologies, including internal policies, international standards, regulatory requirements, and team- specific processes.
Create, review and maintain manual test cases and generate test reports as needed.
What you have
Solid hands- on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Proficiency in functional testing experience and strong knowledge of testing concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
At least 4 years of software testing experience, handling complex technical issues and tasks.
Conversational level of spoken and written English.
Self- motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross- functional team environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Have knowledge of Selenium/WebDriver- based tools for UI automated testing.
