Software Testing Engineer (QA QC/Tester)

We are looking for a skilled
Software Testing Engineer
to join our team and contribute to various projects, including websites and mobile applications for both internal and external clients. As a
QA/QC Engineer
, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications (native Android/iOS) and web applications (Front- end & API). Your key responsibilities include:

Conducting research and proposing process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
Analyzing requirements, creating test cases, and developing test plans.
Performing various testing types, including functional testing, performance testing, stress testing, and data flow validation.
Collaborating closely with the development team to clarify technical designs and ensure testability.
Ensuring application quality and compliance with Japanese market standards.

At least 1 year of experience in manual testing (open to fresh graduates with strong potential).
Strong knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and techniques.
Experience with bug tracking and task management tools.
Prior experience in testing projects related to the Japanese market is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with QA software tools and automation frameworks is a plus.
Self- motivated, proactive, and detail- oriented.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Working Hours & Location

Working schedule: Monday – Friday and the last Saturday of the month, from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours/day). Public holidays follow state regulations.
Office location: Floors 3- 5, Waseco Building, No. 10 Pho Quang, Ward 02, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
