Ensure the service/food /drink quality is good according to the company SOP.
Manage staff roster.
Observe and report daily restaurant operations such as revenues, complaints, and staff performance directly to the manager.
Ensure the Food safety and hygiene in the Restaurant.
Work with the hostess on daily bookings and planning the table layout to maximize capacity while ensuring the other guests&039; comfort.
Maintain good body hygiene and grooming.
Perform other tasks assign by the restaurant manager.
Perform monthly inventory and report to the manager.
Assist/help to serve the guest when necessary.
Ensure the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and in good function. All the equipment like table, chair, AC, lighting, and other equipment is working and in good condition.
Check on guest’s satisfaction, aware of any dissatisfaction symptoms to avoid any potential problems. Handle the problem, if it&039;s out of your authority inform the manager to help you with the problem.
Check on upcoming events/promotions and make announcements to the staff, handle the event, or private group of VIPs.
