Solana Smart Contract Developer

Stay updated on blockchain trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and Solana ecosystems.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of deployed contracts and applications.
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust.
Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and promote best practices in smart contract development.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn business goals into technical solutions.
Monitor and optimize smart contracts post- deployment for speed and cost- efficiency.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

Hands- on experience building and deploying smart contracts on the Solana network.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent debugging skills.
Proficiency in Rust programming language, with a strong grasp of its ownership model and concurrency features.
Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Anchor, Solana CLI, and Phantom.
Solid understanding of dApp architecture and on- chain/off- chain interactions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exposure to front- end technologies such as React or Angular for dApp user interfaces.
Understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards, and on- chain financial primitives.
Background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or related technical fields.
Prior experience developing smart contracts on other platforms (e.g., Ethereum) using Solidity.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

2–3 years of experience in blockchain or Web3 development, with a proven track record in smart contract engineering.
Deep understanding of Solana’s architecture, including Proof of History (PoH) and parallel runtime.
