Solid waste training staff

Generall Job Description:

The Solid Waste Training Staff is responsible for conducting environmental training sessions that ensure all employees are aware of Ching Luh environmental regulations, customer requirements, applicable country or international laws, and others as they may apply. In addition to the broad awareness trainings listed above, the Solid Waste Training Staff will work with cross-factory counterparts to identify, design, and deliver targeted environmental trainings that address specific business challenges.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Compliance implement customer and legal requirements with regard to solid wasste at the factory
Ensure 100% daily targets achievement.
100% comply with company regulations and procedures (including safety, hygiene & environment standards).

Tasks:

Support the operation of SB department
Provision and analysis of solid waste data support in the process of goal management
Conduct training sessions according to the training plan.
Update training materials, monitor training effectiveness.
Determine the risks and opportunities of solid waste related activities
Implement daily 6S & involve in daily Lean2.0 activities (Skills development; Quality circle; employee well-being kaizens…etc.)
Self-involve practical problems solving, kaizen activities & escalating the problems that can not be solved.
Monitor and update internal and external problems related to solid waste
. Follow up and update environmental aspects when new activities arise in the departments
Develop a training plan according to company policy, local laws and customers
Report Near miss, unsafe conditions and action & participate in safety activities.
Periodic internal assessment ensures compliance with the requirements of law and the environment, according to the ISO assessment plan
