Solution Architect (AI/CLOUD)

Lead and support technical demos, small- scale PoCs, and large proposals in collaboration with local Sales and Presales teams.
Ensure solution quality in terms of latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.Assess legal, compliance, and data residency constraints across SEA & Japan markets.
Research, design, and validate integrated AI solutions such as Voicebot, eKYC, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI Agents.
Act as the technical authority connecting AI capabilities, cloud infrastructure, and system integration.
Propose flexible infrastructure architectures based on country- specific requirements, including on- premise, private cloud, public cloud, hybrid, and edge.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI services, and system integration.
Experience in multi- country or regional environments is a strong advantage.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
Good English communication skills, able to work effectively with regional and international stakeholders.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast- changing market conditions.
Must have hands- on experience delivering real AI and cloud solutions (not only conceptual design).
