Solution Architect - Java Full-Stack

RESPONSIBILITES
• Design and implement fullstack system architecture:
• Frontend: ReactJS/ VueJS/ Angular
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/ Django)

• Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, code review, testing strategy, and security best practices.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, CloudFormation) for cloud- native deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Design and integrate AI solutions into software systems (Object Detection, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Vector Database, etc.).
• Evaluate technical trade- offs, propose architecture improvements, refactoring, and process optimization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline.
• Act as a technical bridge between development team and customers: consult, analyze requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical support to team members (3–10 engineers).
• Lead and guide technical teams to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and on- time delivery.

Basic Qualifications
Must have

Strong experience designing and leading fullstack solutions (frontend + backend + cloud).
Proficient in frontend frameworks (ReactJS / Angular / VueJS) and backend technologies (Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI/Django).
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience working directly with international customers, consulting and presenting technical solutions.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or equivalent.
Experience building reusable modules, API Gateway, caching mechanisms, asynchronous processing, and system integration.
Solid understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, security, and complex business logic handling.
In- depth knowledge of cloud- native architecture, microservices, and serverless.
Good understanding of outsourcing software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, delivery.
Hands- on experience in AI solution integration (Object Detection, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Vector Database).
Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and basic discussion with customers).

Nice to have

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and AI inference pipelines.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
AWS/ Azure/ GCP or Kubernetes certifications.
Experience in pre- sales activities or solution design phases.
