Solution Architect / Technical Leader

Understanding the business requirements, rationalize the functional and well as nonfunctional specifications, and formulate the end to end design of the solution
Participating and/or leading technical pre-sales & consultancy activities, including providingestimations, quotations, and solutions for proposals
Coaching and mentoring technical architects and developers on the team
Driving the quality of solutions by partnering with the project team and providing the architectural and design inputs for each component like data design, data movement, physical implementation and coding of the solution of big-size projects (> 20 people)
Troubleshooting for performance, security, scalability and availability issues for integrated solutions, and debugging production problems
Understanding latest architecture, technologies, solutions, and industry trends
Providing technical consultation to prospects and clients, regarding frameworks,
Responsible for leading strong architecture & engineering practices, especially for large enterprise applications (including micro-services, enterprise application, e-commerce, digital marketing technology, CMS, and system integration…)
methodologies, off-the-shelf products and custom solutions for the client’s enterprise or their application’s architectural needs
Responsible for the optimization of development practices and environments, providing hands-on assistance through code reviews and providing reference examples

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
DevOps experience with AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, system performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), logging tools (ELK, EFK) and it would be big plus if experienced with OpenStack
7+ years of experience in web and mobile development technologies in general, with in-depth knowledge of some of the following NodeJS / ReactJS / React Native / Javascript / Python / Ruby on Rails / PHP
Excellent technical documentation and diagramming skills
Experience architecting, developing and deploying modern architectural patterns / techniques (micro-services, DDD, TDD …)
Good English communication skills (both written and speaking)
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment
Master of database design & management (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB…)
Experience with web and mobile development, designing high-performing, scalable systems, including cloud hosting and infrastructure
Experience working with ERP enterprise systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle…), CRM (Salesforce Hubspot…), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SAP Hybris…) and Data Analytics tools / techniques (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau…) is a plus
