Solution Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Solution Delivery Manager who will be responsible for working with Key stakeholders ( UK, NO,Singapore ) from various functions ( Sale , Marketing , Product) to define measurable business value to our client.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing P&L across projects, products, executing the succession plan of the projects on your assigned account
- You will need to be professional and more proactive in a talented and passionate team.
- Contributes best practices & processes as well as delivery management to the organization.
- You will focus on delivering SAAS Solutions – AWS for Insurance ecosystem.
- Lead and guide multiple teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of solutions to the market. This necessarily includes a quality focus including, security, performance and availability of these solutions.
- You will engage in pre-sales activities with sales and business teams to frame technology solutions, estimation, and resources
- You will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects across a variety of capabilities.
- Ensure quality delivery across the technology practice leveraging delivery standards and best practices
- Mentor and coaching teams on agile and lean techniques to improve the effectiveness of the team’s performance.

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:
- Expert in Risk management, Release management process, Incident, Problem and Change management
- Ability to work with a range of technical staff to develop joint solutions in projects, portfolios
- Adaptability and flexibility, ready for change
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience in DevOps and Automation testing
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian ( Jira , Confluence…)
- Fluency in written & spoken English language
- Have experience with insurance domain is plus
- Ability to be a liaison between development and business
- Good analytical and problem solving, negotiation skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree is preferred with above 10 years experience focusing in IT or software development
- Comfortable being responsible for delivering high client satisfaction
