Solutions and Operation Excellence Manager (Warehousing)

· Provide project updates via control documents of risks, progression, budget, timeline, and support requirements throughout the project to key project stake holder and sponsors.
· Issue management and fire fighting in case of serious operational & performance issues.
· Support productivity improvement & concepts to local leadership to support continuous improvement of existing processes, material flows and transportation procedures.
· Support sales and solution design teams with selling activities involving WMS/TMS strategies and onboarding process of new customers.
· Implement operational excellence strategies to contribute to improvements, process standardization, and cost savings in Warehouses operations.
· Utilize project management skills and experience, effectively communicating and demonstrating successful organizational, planning, and execution skills.
· Support Warehouses to develop, implement and support operational excellence, principles, systems, and tools. E.g. PMO Tools, KPI measurement, WMS and TMS SOP/WI, Kaizen, 5S, visualization cycle counts best practice & implementation methodology, etc.
· Support the development of KPI measurements & dashboards to provide transparency into cost and operational, and customer performance.
· Reports to GM
· Assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets.
· Create the business scope and requirements to ensure that all relevant parties have the same understanding when implementing projects.
· Drive the overall implementation (PMO) or being part of the team support (PMT) when awarded to a new customer to ensure the completion within timeline and budget.

· Strong computer literacy- MS Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Good or Excellence level)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization (managers and warehouse floor).
· Ability to travel up to 50%.
· Problem solving with high quality analysis and translating output into practical execution plan with prioritization of things that are the biggest portion which impact business.
· Can- do mentality and positive attitude.
· Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations.
· Able and willing to lead a multi- disciplinary team and have the ambition to develop team members and other colleagues.
