Sony Store Operation Administrator (3Rd Party Contract)

Store Operation
- Update monthly report data. (Sell- Out template, Scoreboard, Model wise pivot data)
- Maintain Sell- Out data by model weekly base. (per groups/store staffs)
- Analyze Staff&039;s CVR by store and categories.
- Tracking and update Online account Registration progress.
- Support Store manager for sales staff salary and bonus report, including monthly incentive calculation, monthly attendant checking
Service
- Ensures that all e- warranty be active after sales process
- Support Store Manager/Supervisors for the VOC process: work closely with Call Center team to receive feedback/complaint from Consumers, double check information, find solution, get approval, deploy solution, and inform to Consumer
Administration
- Conduct Payment process for Marketing Activities.
- Raise CI/ Payout. (Operation, Promotion Activities)
Document controller
- Document submission for Promotions (submit Promotion license, ...)
- Update Product master, Price master, Bundle master, Voucher code management to make sure all product information included price, bundle Scheme correct and valid for sale in Sony Store System
- Support store manager for PO Process, included: Order management, PO Return/Refund process, collaborate with logistic/ delivery third patties to make sure Store operated smoothly

What you should have
- Good teamwork & communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt well in unfamiliar situations, Change agility
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. (MS office)
- Result oriented & deadline committed & careful.
- Basic knowledge of Retail Business
- Diploma or bachelor&039;s degree is required
- Good data management & analysis skills
- Flexible and patient to work with cross function team to solve the problem
- English: Able to communicate in business level
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role
- Being hardworking and enthusiastic
