Sourcing Analyst - Fulltime

The sourcing analyst’s responsibilities include working directly with the team leader in supporting sourcing event, and talking with Vietnamese manufacturers, buying goods, materials, and services at competitive prices. The company will provide training, we just need smart, and adventurous individual who want to explore new areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly update information via email/message between customers and suppliers so that the purchasing process goes smoothly and quickly.
Capability to work closely with logistics partners to support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and LCL, and track shipments to destination.
Get accustomed to the product design process, including receiving customer design files, translating and sending them to Vietnamese suppliers, supporting in the process of making samples, evaluating samples, and moving into mass production.
Conduct supplier appraisal and evaluation, including interviews, evaluation, and comprehensive assessments to ensure suppliers meet international customer standards.
Support contract signing process in both English and Vietnamese. Actively negotiate on behalf of the client
Receive purchase order requests from teamlead, and make quotation requests to send to manufacturers.
Conduct shipment evaluation as necessary to ensure product quality
Buying a wide range of goods and services at competitive prices based on customer requirements.

Manage progress, time, and delivery schedules.

● Ability to research and data collection
● Work under presure.
● Having knowledge and understanding of international trade and logistics business is a plus
● Good logical thinking, capable of multitasking
