Sourcing Excecutive

- Support in drafting and signing contracts and transactions.
- Negotiate with partners, suppliers or customers.
- Working with shipment team to make sure the goods are delivered on time.
- Communication shipping schedule with customer/planning
- Monitor and manage the journey and progress of goods and products. Control the quality and quantity of goods.
- Make customs BOMs
- Take care of customer claims
- Follow Engineering Invoice (Tooling/ sample&039;s invoice) processing.
- Check and arrange payment to forwarder
- Work on others task from Manager
- Working with customs broker to process for all export shipments (Booking, shipping, invoice).
- Determine the HS code of the enterprise&039;s imported products
- Manage declaration sheets returned from customs broker and file record
- Make search plans and propose to the board of director information on goods, import goods, and sourcing.
- Receiving and comparing documents related to goods. Receive and check documents from suppliers.
- Resolve conflicts and problems that arise related to goods and products during transportation.
- Handling orders.

Education and others
- Age: 24- 35
- Graduated from University or College regarding Economy field, Import- Export,
- Gender: Male/Female
Experience:
- Clear understanding of international payment methods, international transportation methods, international trade conditions and related legal documents.
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in sourcing, merchandising, im- exporting or equivalent position
- Ability to plan and present plans or reports in a clear, logical manner.
Skill
- Honest, independent in thinking and action, highly responsible for work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to self- manage time, work independently and effectively in groups.
- Careful, attentive to details and analytical thinking.
- English communication (compulsory, especially in business communication and email writing skill).
