Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the team and overseeing sourcing operations, including supplier identification, evaluation, and development. The role also acts as a key liaison between the Product team and suppliers during product development, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
As a Supply Chain Business Partner (SC- BP), the Team Lead works closely with departments such as Product Development, Marketing, and Business Units to co- develop and implement sourcing solutions aligned with business needs.
The role also involves developing sourcing strategies and expanding the supplier network and channels to support business goals at each stage, in line with the company’s growth direction.
Job description:
Team Leadership & Strategic Sourcing
Lead and mentor the Sourcing team to achieve performance targets and support the professional growth of team members.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
Market Research & Supplier Network
Build, update, and manage a comprehensive supplier network and categorized database tailored by product groups.
Proactively collaborate with cross- functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Business Units) to research the market, monitor product trends, and identify, develop, and expand a pool of qualified suppliers through the right sourcing channels.
Supplier Evaluation & Cost Management
Evaluate and analyze supplier capabilities, including quality, cost structure, production capacity, certifications, lead time, payment terms, and operational stability.
Analyze and evaluate sourcing options for product categories, identify risks during the sourcing process, and recommend the most suitable primary supplier along with a backup supplier for each project.
Product Development Coordination, Cross- functional Support & Reporting
Collaborate closely with Product teams, Business Partners, and suppliers to lead new product development from concept to sampling and mass production. Manage technical specifications, internal feedback, and technical changes across the product lifecycle.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support department goals and ensure effective operations aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements
Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and collaborating with suppliers for products sold on e- commerce platforms is an advantage.
Experience or familiarity with working with China- based suppliers is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, supplier development, or domestic and international project purchasing. (with 2+ years in a leadership/managerial position).
Skills:
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, evaluation, negotiation, and problem- solving skills—especially in high- pressure or complex scenarios.
Outstanding cross- functional collaboration, acting as a strategic Supply Chain Business Partner (SC- BP) with Product, Commercial, and Procurement teams to align sourcing with business direction.
Fluent in English for effective communication with internal and international stakeholders; Chinese proficiency is a plus in global supply chain operations.

Salary and Bonuses
Plus a 13th- month salary and an annual profit- sharing bonus.
Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000- 500,000 VND.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5- hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
