Sourcing ManagerAndros Asia

Responsibilities

Build a reliable and qualitative supply chain for tropical fruits;
Analyze tendering and quotation;
Provide sourcing strategy development;
Standardize purchasing processes;
Maintains a record of solid financial success in product sourcing.
Identify and evaluate vendor/farmer;
Do sampling & verification of new products
Manages complex negotiations with suppliers and farmers;
Plan of all purchases of fresh produce and consumables;

Qualifications

SEND YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH
At least 5 years of experience in fresh food sourcing, food supply chain, food purchasing or food processing in international company;
Proactive thinker and problem solver;
Analytical, rigorous and takes initiatives;
Bachelor or master’s degree in food science, food technology, agriculture, supply chain management or other relevant degree;
Good knowledge of quality standard such as HACCP, ISO, BRC...;
Having a robust understanding of how key cost inputs and global supply/demand trends;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English. French speaking and writing is a plus;
Experience in managing people.
Strong communication skills to work in team and on the field;
Good social skills.
Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies for fresh fruit and consumables;
Good computer skills (Microsoft office…);
Strong organization skills;
Being aware of current trends in the industry;

Report to General Manager

100% salary & insurances in probation period
