Sourcing & Operations Manager - Mro Business (Tiếng Anh)

Logistics Management– Oversee logistics staff handling deliveries from suppliers to warehouse and from warehouse to customers, including repackaging and coordination with sales and logistics partners.
Customs Clearance Management– Supervise Purchase/GA staff and coordinate with forwarders on export clearance for EPE customers.
Purchase Management– Supervise purchase staff in issuing POs, confirming prices, and delivery schedules. Support communication and negotiation with suppliers regarding quality and delivery issues.
Sourcing & Operations Manager, B2B MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supply business.
Internal Operations Management– Manage GA staff handling accounting system entries and related documents. Collaborate with IT staff to improve internal accounting and order management systems.
Sourcing / Sourcing Management– Handle sourcing requests from customers, identify and evaluate suppliers, assess market prices and warranty conditions, and negotiate pricing and terms. Supervise and support sourcing staff, and coordinate with sales when clarifications are needed.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management presentations.
Develop and execute sourcing and purchasing strategies to achieve team goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (MRO, IT, GA) for process improvements
Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle related administrative tasks.
Manage order fulfillment and related operations after contracts are finalized.
Manage, coach, and develop team members to improve operational performance.

・English （Advanced level）
・Experience working for Japanese companies or with Japanese management
・Background in MRO or related industrial fields
・At least 5 years of purchasing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leader role
